The Joseph S. Presti Apartments

This former school was renovated in 1989 into rental housing specifically designed for senior citizens and wheelchair handicapped. Thanks to the support of the New York State Housing Trust Fund, this apartment building contains 39 units, four of which are completely wheelchair accessible.
Amenities include a beautiful courtyard and Gazebo, a community garden, on-site evening building supervisor, 24hr video surveillance, a dedicated laundry facility, and a community room.
Housing for Families of Low Income

With the help of the City of Niagara Falls Department of Community Development, NCP Niagara Falls renovated these three townhouse style units of 2 and 3 bedrooms. The units are spacious, have central air conditioning capabilities, and are close to bus lines or within walking distance to Pine Avenue, a busy commercial thoroughfare.

Through the support of the New York State Housing Trust Fund and the City of Niagara Falls Department of Community Development, this renovated structure has 10 spacious 2 and 3 bedroom townhouse-style rental units. Each unit comes with central air conditioning, window blinds, a stove and refrigerator.
