Mission Statement
NeighborWorks® Community Partners Buffalo is a catalyst for building and strengthening communities. Our work is grounded in helping our neighbors buy, repair, and keep their homes for the long-term.
Neighborhoods work when neighbors work together
Whether you’re looking to purchase your first-time home, now or in the future, our organization may be able to assist you the process through financial education and counseling, making health and safety repairs, reducing your energy bills, and helping to prevent foreclosure. Looking to rent? We have affordable rental units that may be right for you, if you qualify.
Our Values
It’s important to invest in the community long-term. By getting neighbors and community members together to provide a little guidance — we’re making a better community for everyone. NCP values Partnership, Diversity, Innovation and Risk-Taking, Sustainability and Integrity. We are committed to excellence in all that we do, and we’re here to help you along your homeownership journey, from start to finish.
