The Comprehensive Homeownership Program provides 0% interest first-time homebuyer loans and grants. This first-time homebuyer program includes:

Home Repair & Energy Efficiency Upgrades
Along with NCP Funding we provide construction management services for homeowners, including initial and progress inspections, contractor procurement and escrow/payment management.
Energy Services
NCP offers NYSERDA’s Empower+ and Comfort Homes programs to homeowners, landlords and tenants. We work with utility companies to provide funding that covers out of pocket costs for the very low income. These programs allow NCP to provide free Energy Audits to determine the best energy upgrades to individual and multifamily homes.
