CHP makes homeownership accessible and affordable for low to moderate income individuals by
providing loans with the lowest downpayment requirements, and affordable mortgage payments that
do not raise borrowers’ debt to income ratios (DTI) above 45%.
Homebuyer Education & Counseling
NCP has provided homebuyer education and counseling for 30 years. Our HUD certified counselors are trained to deliver financial empowerment education and provide one-on-one counseling.

Home Rehabilitation & Green Lending
Along with NCP Funding we provide construction management services for homeowners, including initial and progress inspections, contractor procurement and escrow/payment management.
Energy Services
NCP offers NYSERDA’s Empower+ and Comfort Homes programs to homeowners, landlords and tenants. We work with utility companies to provide funding that covers out of pocket costs for the very low income. These programs allow NCP to provide free Energy Audits to determine the best energy upgrades to individual and multifamily homes.
