By 2026, NeighborWorks Community Partners will lead Western NY in the creation of new, successful homeowners while forming strategic partnerships that improve family financial security, strengthen neighborhoods, support affordable, energy efficient housing solutions for all, narrow the racial wealth gap, contribute to economic development, improve educational outcomes, and enhance the arts and culture. We will be universally recognized by our stakeholders for the effectiveness of our customer-centric, integrated model for homeownership and for our leadership in catalyzing comprehensive community development with minimal displacement.
